Music Video Monday: Birdhouse In Your Soul

As a little side-feature, I am going to post some of my favorite music videos on here every week, until I run out of videos that I like or simply forget about it. Place your bets in the comment section as to which you think will happen first, and, if you’re right, then good for you!

Today on Music Video Monday: “Birdhouse In Your Soul” by They Might Be Giants

TMBG is one of my favorite groups. I have been a fan since my teen years, when I heard this song for the first time. Very observant fans of the band have also noted that “Apostrophe T” is taken from one of their songs, as well. One can say that their music was life-changing for me. But one can also say that I’m just a huge geek for the Johns, Dans, a Marty. At least one of these statements is true.

Anyhow, the video.

This video is a representation of my day-to-day life. Spastic dancing, a multitude of light sources, William Allen White on a sandwich board, and John Linnell in my living room.

Well, maybe not the last one.
